    Upon arrival, I encountered a disheveled partner in a dressing gown!!! The cleanliness was appalling, with stained towels and dirty mugs!!! The hotel felt less like a hotel and more like a forgotten house in disrepair!!!

    great access to parks and beautiful canal walks nearby

    I really loved how close Kings Hill Park was, just over a kilometer away, perfect for a morning stroll, and the Walsall Canal is even closer for a lovely walk alongside the water.

    Just a proper fit for a brief stop-in in Wednesbury with very good value for money. The bed was comfortable and did the job despite a strange mishap. If you need a budget place, this might work for you.

    The location is perfect for easy transportation. The host, Aaron, really stood out. He was super friendly and were very good, checking on my taxi to ensure I got to my venue on time. The room was generally comfortable but there were some issues. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed linens, they had visible strains. The bathroom facilities needed significant restoration . The noise level at night was higher than expected.
